So have you ever been to Karijini National park? Well you should.
It's about 3 hours south east of Hedland.. Not far from Newman and even closer to Tom Price.
Gorges are the go see sights. And there are a number to experience. One doesn't just walk to a lookout and peer over the edge.. Rather, there are people killed each year in Karijini, so the final destination whether it be a secret water hole or waterfall is worth the adventure!
One thing we did discover, and no qualms with this whatsoever, is that you have to book for camping and no campfires allowed. No dramas, night two we camped just out of the park at a surprisingly quiet spot, where Mark scouted for firewood to keep us warm. What a man.
